Please note that there are two instances where campers of a given age may be accepted in one of two sessions. For ninth graders we generally recommend Second Session, but will sometimes offer places for ninth graders in First Session. We recommend Third Session for returning sixth graders and Fourth Session for new campers. If you have specific questions or requests, please contact us.

Acceptances (and regrets) will be mailed beginning in February. We will hold all checks until we can offer an acceptance. If you must be put on the waiting list, we will hold your check until we can offer you a place or until you request its return. This year, in the interest of reducing mailing costs, we will implement a new procedure by which parents or guardians may choose to receive the acceptance letter and medical form via email rather than traditional mail. Please note this option on the back of the application form. We will happily mail these materials to anyone who does not choose the email option.

Please remember that Nature Camp is unique in its academic focus. Since its conception Nature Camp has emphasized experiential education in natural history and environmental studies. All campers are expected to accept the academic challenges with enthusiasm, commitment and hard work.

Total fee is $600 per camper for a two-week session.
